Those simulated phone calls in August 2001 are very telling/suspicious. During some of my as a targeted individual I received calls from certain people who I knew but they were saying very strange things to me and repeating phrases I used regularly, it was quite unnerving at the time and I'm sure it wasn't really the people I new, this was 2017/18 so some kind of voice imitation technology.
