Unreleased CCTV Footage Captures Rodney Dickins and James Debeuneure at Dulles Airport on 9/11
An Independent Investigation
This is a short clip from Dulles Airport CCTV on 9/11, which captures Rodney Dickins and James Debeuneure. See below:
Charlie Kallas shared privately a screen shot of the Dulles CCTV video identifying Rodney Dickins people. After seeing the screen-shot which Kallas sent me, I noticed James Debeuneure was also captured, at the baggage screening area. This prompted to find the piece of CCTV video footage, which I had, and share it here.
Two further photographs shows Dickins and Debeuneure
Gwen Faulkner took two photographs which captured passengers at Dulles Airport on 9/11. Faulkner took photographs of some school children and their teachers along with two National Geographic representatives. The children had won a National Geographic competition, and were on a trip organized by National Geographic as the prize to participate in a National Geographic ‘Photo Camp’ in Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary, sponsored by NOAA’s Office of National Marine Sanctuaries. Washington, D.C. Dickins and Debeuneure are captured on the left of the photograph.

In a second photograph which Faulkner took located at boarding gate D26, (which is the official gate American 77 pushed back from), it shows Debeuneure and Dickins on the right.
