I suspect some of the 9/11 calls were probably made beforehand as part of this particular drill. Did American and United Airlines partake in this DOT exercise from late-August 2001, btw?
It's already been shown in various documentaries & by tests conducted by a Japanese news outlet that cell phone calls from a rapidly moving jet airliner at 30K feet were impossible; Beamer's phone call to an airline rep was shown to have occurred AFTER the plane has already gone down!

And the real Event 201 was a year prior in China. That one was the propaganda for the skeptics to chew on.
An example of terror drills being passed off as real events, IMO. Same can be said of shooting drills which are eerily similar to the 'real' ones.
Not to mention the fact that the plane crashes ( as reported . . ) would have had to violate the laws of physics in order to have been as was alleged.
