They are translucent drones. Sort of projectors. The high number of these is necessary to create as believable a three-dimensional image as possible. Being translucent is what makes them almost invisible to the naked eye. However, if you do some research you will find that they are not only used for military or evil purposes. They are also used to cover necessary operations but which the public would not appreciate.

I showed a patent in the follow-up 9/11 Alchemy film, and published quite a bit of info about other 3D volumetric "ghost image" illusion technology weapons, which was a secret program in the early 1990s.
Hi Norman, Yes, I seen them, however I was already looking into the flashes in 2017-18, which I sent to Mat. I sent him some of my video still images of flashes I was looking into back then. There were also strange static flashes near the Woolworth building too. We need to get the original video footage, so we can do proper analysis.
