Revisiting the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund Oddities

One of the most frequently asked questions when I am presenting my plane research is: what happened to the passengers and crew of the four planes? While there is very little information about their deaths which has surfaced, there is some circumstantial evidence that there were fewer victims than has been reported.

New York based researcher Vincent Sammartino claimed that the government seems to have faked the number of plane victims and also faked the number who claimed compensation. According to Sammartino, of the 266 official names of the passengers and crew who were supposed to have died in the four plane crashes, only 52 names have appeared on the Social Security Death Index (SSDI). The SSDI is a privately owned website not affiliated with the Social Security Administration. According to Sammartino, of the 52 listed as dead in the SSDI, which has an accuracy rate of about 83%, only 11 of the family members have claimed victim compensation (not counting 9/11 plane crash widow, Ellen Mariani, who refused the compensation. Ellen Mariani and her lawyer tried to locate other family members of the purported plane passengers on United 175.

If Sammartino’s figures are closer to the reality than are the official reports, then the discrepancies also go some way to explaining what might have unfolded with the alleged planes. The possibility that an Operation Northwoods was in operation on 9/11. A number of training exercises were on-going on 9/11, with scenarios such as hijacked planes and planes being crashed into buildings.

One such training exercise which happened 12 days before 9/11 involved a hijacked plane scenario which included simulated cell phone calls being made from the plane.

We also have the strange case that Mark Bingham did not board United 93, and was not assigned a seat number, and name was not listed on the Flight Manifest, indicating that Bingham did not board United 93. This has led some researchers to speculate that Bingham was a fictional character, which is possible.

Fictional characters were part of the Operation Northwoods plan, which was rejected by John F. Kennedy. It also goes on to described having funerals for mock victims.  

Strangely, Mark Bingham’s memorial stone has the name - Gerald “Mark” Bingham on it, even though Mark Bingham’s full name was Mark “Kendal” Bingham, not Gerald “Mark” Bingham. Read my article to find out more about this anomaly below.
